Pola Asuh Permisif dan Perilaku Membolos pada Siswa Kelas XI Sebuah Studi

Penelitian ini menyelidiki korelasi antara pola asuh permisif dan perilaku membolos di kalangan siswa SMA X Tulangan Sidoarjo, untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap ketidakhadiran siswa. Menggunakan desain korelasi kuantitatif dengan sampel 146 siswa, penelitian ini menemukan korelasi positif yang signifikan (nilai korelasi Spearman = 0,657, p = 0,01) antara pola asuh permisif dan perilaku membolos. Secara khusus, tingkat pola asuh permisif yang lebih tinggi dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kemungkinan membolos, sementara tingkat yang lebih rendah berkorelasi dengan berkurangnya perilaku membolos. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya pengasuhan orang tua memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk pola kehadiran siswa. Implikasinya menggarisbawahi pentingnya menangani praktik pengasuhan orang tua dalam intervensi yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat pembolosan, menekankan perlunya kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga untuk mempromosikan hasil positif bagi siswa.
