Abstract

Kepemimpinan gerejawi di gereja suku urban sering kali menghadapi kesenjangan relasional dan krisis kehadiran akibat formalitas struktural yang kaku serta model paternalistik tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi remaja Huria Kristen Batak Protestan (HKBP) terhadap kepemimpinan pastoral melalui lensa teologi kenosis, nilai-nilai Pancasila, dan kearifan lokal manjomput na sinurat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, survei dengan teknik total sampling dilakukan terhadap tiga belas remaja peserta katekisasi sidi di Kelapa Gading, didukung oleh wawancara semi-terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan paradoks literasi struktural yang nyata, di mana 100% responden mengenali figur pendeta secara formal, namun dibarengi kesenjangan kemanfaatan afektif sebesar 23,1% akibat hambatan komunikasi dan ego birokrasi. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan iman generasi muda, penelitian ini menyimpulkan pentingnya dekonstruksi menuju model kepemimpinan inkarnasional yang inklusif-kenotik dengan mengintegrasikan nilai sila keempat Pancasila guna membangun dialog yang egaliter dan empatik.
