Kecerdasan Emosional, Dukungan Keluarga, dan Kesejahteraan pada Guru Bimbingan Konseling

Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional, dukungan sosial keluarga, dan kesejahteraan psikologis di kalangan guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di sebuah kabupaten. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 113 guru yang dipilih melalui metode Morgan's Krejcie, penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrumen yang telah divalidasi untuk kecerdasan emosional, dukungan sosial keluarga, dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Analisis data melalui regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kontribusi yang signifikan dari kecerdasan emosional dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (F=35,509, p<0,001), yang menekankan peran penting keduanya dalam meningkatkan kesehatan psikologis guru. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional dan mekanisme dukungan keluarga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pendidik kejuruan, yang berimplikasi pada kebijakan pendidikan dan program dukungan guru.
