Abstract

Bahasa berperan penting dalam mengintegrasikan perbedaan budaya dan memfasilitasi komunikasi antarbudaya. Sebagai jembatan pemahaman, bahasa memungkinkan pertukaran gagasan, membangun empati, dan meningkatkan kompetensi antarbudaya, yang sangat penting dalam dunia yang semakin global. Bahasa adalah media utama untuk bertukar informasi dan gagasan, terutama dalam interaksi antarbudaya. Bahasa Inggris, misalnya, telah menjadi alat penting di berbagai bidang seperti bisnis, sains, dan pendidikan, serta memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap hubungan antarbudaya. Dalam penelitian, pengumpulan data sering dilakukan melalui sumber pustaka seperti buku dan laporan resmi, yang penting untuk analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan. Komunikasi antarbudaya terjadi ketika pesan dari satu budaya dipahami oleh anggota budaya lain, menjadikan keterampilan berbahasa asing sangat krusial. Bahasa, sebagai alat komunikasi, menjadi kunci dalam membangun kerja sama dan hubungan yang lebih baik antara kelompok budaya yang berbeda.
